About the Role - We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Utilise various methods such as online research, social media, email campaigns, and networking to identify potential leads.
* Data Management: Maintain and update our internal CRM system with accurate information on leads and prospects.
* Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send emails, and utilise social media to engage with potential leads.
* Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential for conversion.
* Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads through email, phone calls, and meetings.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team and marketing coordinator to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
* Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that attracts and engages potential leads.
* Lost Jobs Report: Keep updated and report monthly.
* Barber ABI: Project identification and logging of projects.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and lead generation tools.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
Salary range is between £25k - £30k for the right candidate.
