About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to the smooth running of our school by providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support, including answering s, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
* Assist with pupil record-keeping, attendance monitoring, and data entry.
* Support the school leadership team with diary management, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking.
* Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
* Maintain school filing systems and ensure accurate document management.
* Assist in organising school events, trips, and activities.
* Support finance and procurement processes, such as ordering supplies and processing invoices.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within an educational setting is desirable).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
