Role Overview
Join as a Strategic Co-Founder responsible for driving organizational growth through two key verticals:
* Building and managing relationships with organizations for talent recruitment
* Identifying and bringing startups for our fundraising and advisory services
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies for market penetration in global markets
* Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients
* Lead partnership initiatives with venture capital firms and startup accelerators
* Drive revenue growth through both recruitment and fundraising verticals
* Collaborate with the founding team on strategic decisions and company direction
* Leverage network to establish Power Nest Talent as a leading player in the industry

Experience Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR consulting, or startup advisory preferred
* Proven track record of scaling businesses from $0 to $10M+ revenue
* Strong network in the startup ecosystem and venture capital community
* Experience in building and managing global teams
* History of successful strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies
* Prior experience as a founder or co-founder preferred
