JOB TITLE: Customer Service AdministratorLOCATION: Greenhithe (You must have access to your own vehicle or be able to commute to start at 6.00am)SALARY: £25,000 per annum // £13.73 per hour whilst temping
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Week 1: 6.00am start - 2.00pm finish (1 hour lunch break)
Week 2: 10.00am start - 6.00pm finish (1 hour lunch break)
*(these hours are non-negotiable so please only apply if you can commit to these hours on a rotating 2 week shift pattern)*
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
2. Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
3. Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
4. Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are organised
5. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
6. Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely information
7. Undertake general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
