The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Claims Handler:
* Managing claims across multiple products
* Collaborating with claims partners, including brokers, lawyers, and assessors
* Identifying and managing fraud concerns
* Setting claims reserves and making payments
* Acting as a subject matter expert for commercial claims
Required knowledge and experience for the Technical Claims Handler role:
* Experience in handling commercial claims across multiple products
* Proven track record of working with multiple partners
* Expertise in managing claims fraud
* Proficiency in using various digital platforms
* Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
* Fraud experience
* EL/PL and PI knowledge
