HR Team Leader – Lead a High-Performing HR Services Team
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Team Leader to manage a team of HR Administrators, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across multiple business areas. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing excellent HR support.
This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team delivering high-volume HR services, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
* Oversee and improve HR processes, ensuring excellent service levels and a positive colleague experience
* Manage daily workloads, balancing priorities and deadlines across key HR activities
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, data protection regulations, and accuracy in all HR communications
* Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to streamline operations and enhance HR service delivery
* Provide coaching and development to team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
* Work closely with senior HR stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience managing an HR administration team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to delegate and prioritise effectively
* A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong asset)
