About the Role
We’re excited to announce that our rapidly growing team is seeking a new addition to our Account Management team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our clients on our Professional plan, delivering bespoke and proactive service. You’ll be responsible for setting up, launching, and managing e-commerce apps to drive sales, engagement, and growth.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop compelling content, write and schedule push notifications, and provide insightful performance reports. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising paid social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Skills and Experience
* Professional experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Paid Social Media Management, Customer Success, Project Management, or Customer Support)
* Demonstrated ability to maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive account management
* Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with clients via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
* Experience in copywriting, particularly for social media, push notifications, and ad campaigns
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insightful reports on campaign and account performance
* Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless functionality and aesthetic excellence
* Ability to provide feedback on best practices for features, visual assets, and ad creatives
* Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment and capable of working independently
* Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and mobile technology, with a passion for continuous learning
Bonus If You Have
* Experience working in a creative, marketing, or social media agency
* Knowledge of mobile commerce and app commerce
* Experience setting up and managing a push notification schedule (or similar content for email or social platforms)
* Experience using website builders like Shopify (or similar platforms)
* Professional experience using the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store
Some Specifics

* Salary: £30-40K (depending on experience)
* Location: Flexible/Hybrid. We have team days in our London office twice a month for collaboration, socialising, onboarding, and enjoying the buzzing atmosphere. The account management team usually comes into the office at least twice a week.
