**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our Supported Living team in the East Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and a proven track record of managing multi-site teams.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum inclusive of car allowance, making it a highly competitive offer in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services across multiple sites, ensuring the well-being and safety of service users at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Care Workers to deliver exceptional care services
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
About You:
* Degree in Social Care or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior care management role
* Proven track record of leadership and team management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
