About the role: You’ll join us as a Customer Operations apprentice gaining knowledge of how the business functions work and how the team’s function and support commercial business along with an understanding of the industry in which Drax operates. You’ll support the wider business with day to day and monthly activities, securing value for all Drax business units, our customers and our 3 rd party partnerships such as metering and debt agents. You’ll work flexibly as part of a team and aiding the wider team in completion of tasks covering a variety of skill sets. There’ll be opportunities to learn new skills in a range of business areas such as, Service, Metering and Credit, learning new behaviours along the way on things like how to manage stakeholders and project management. During your rotational programme you’ll provide a positive, meaningful contribution to each team, as you learn first-hand from a group of experts that provides high calibre advice, service and support to our customers and the various business units within Drax. Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have… Good communication skills, both verbal and written and you’ll be a team player who’s able to build effective relationships. Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to learn, and you’ll also be conscientious with an eye for detail. As good understand of Microsoft products e.g., office, outlook is essential.
