Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Team: Oversee daily operations of 40+ staff members.
2. Training: Ensure all personnel complete necessary site training.
3. Scheduling: Accurately roster and plan for all reporting officers.
4. Customer Relations: Build strong rapport with clients, visitors, and contractors.
5. Personnel Management: Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of security staff.
6. Recognition: Encourage staff recognition and award nominations.
7. Documentation: Keep assignment instructions and site documents up to date.
8. Incident Reporting: Report all incidents per customer and company policies.
9. Best Practices: Assist in developing and sharing best practices to improve service.
10. Training Implementation: Plan and implement staff training for routine and emergency procedures.
11. Equipment Monitoring: Report faults with security equipment.
12. Operational Functions: Be fully conversant with Access Control, CCTV, Detection, and Alarm Systems.
13. Support: Assist the Service Delivery Manager with reasonable requests.

Essential Skills
Essential Skills
1. Clear Employment History: 5-year checkable history and ability to obtain National Security Clearance.
2. Right to Work: Must meet strict UK right to work criteria.
3. SIA License: Current SIA License or willingness to complete necessary training through the company (6 days)
4. Experience: Managing or assisting in managing a team within the corporate security sector
5. Driving License: Full and clean driving license.
6. Communication Skills: Good communication skills, able to articulate with authority.
7. Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and maintain high professionalism.
8. Vigilance: Alert and cautious, with an inquisitive mindset.
9. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in access control software and Microsoft Office, with strong general IT skills.
10. Proactive Approach: Proactive in all activities.
11. Organisational Skills: Strong organisation and planning skills.
12. Rostering: Experience with varying shift patterns.
