As a result of the current post holder's upcoming maternity leave, we are looking for an eLearning Designer to join the team on a fixed term basis.
They can be located in either Exeter or Bideford.
The role involves working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from within the Trust to create and maintain high quality eLearning solutions which are engaging and easy to understand.
The post holder will support the SME by advising on the best methods to convert content, and act as an ambassador to positively promote digital learning.
They will also support learners across the Trust who need assistance with any issues in completion of the eLearnng content.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for designing eLearning. The post holder will be responsible for developing effective eLearning applications for learners which include colleagues and external partners.
The role ensures the Trust provides maximum availability of accurate, high quality and up to date learning via the Learning Management System (LMS).
They will identify, develop and maintain eLearning and digital learning solutions which are engaging and easy to understand;
resolve end user problems and ensure digital learning data is trackable and correctly recorded, and provided as required to enable accurate reporting.
They will keep abreast of new developments with eLearning and incorporate those into development as agreed.
As an eLearning specialist the post holder will support Subject Matter Experts, (SMEs), to develop high quality learning modules working to NHS HEE standards and configure those modules to run on the Trust's preferred LMS as required.
Working closely with colleagues the post holder will ensure the smooth running and availability of eLearning on a day to day basis.
The post holder will ideally have a good working knowledge of LMS systems and be able to use various software packages to produce learning that includes image manipulation software, text, animations and videos.

Working Pattern : hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 : - : with some flexibility on start and finish times. Hybrid working with some days in the office, and some working from home.
The post holder can be located in either Exeter or Bideford.

Pay : The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4.
If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 3-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 3 / NHS Employers).
