As a key member of our team, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless delivery while adapting to the evolving needs of the business. With expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing diverse, high-value projects that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver projects across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, prioritisation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clarity and focus throughout project execution. Utilise tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams for efficient project tracking and reporting. Knowledge Skills & Abilities Proven experience in delivery/project management, with a strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable. A solid technical background, particularly in cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), Microsoft ecosystems, and IT infrastructure. Excellent communication skills, capable of managing stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
