Job Description:

Job Mission
Accurately manufacture and supply all ASML products in accordance with the established specification statements. Make improvements to existing products and processes, and guide the implementation of new products and processes. Ensure quality and standardization while contributing to improvements in effectivity and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Without direct supervision, clean and inspect optical components prior to the assembly process.
2. Assemble the complete unit; verify accuracy of finished product, as well as support processes and product development.
3. Responsible for setting up and operating the placement and alignment tool and fixtures.
4. Visual surface inspection of all optical components to ISO standards.
5. Protect and wash components.
6. Ability to work safely on fragile, high value optics.
7. Operate Ultrasonic cleaning equipment and associated tooling.
8. Measure work-piece for conformance to specifications.
9. Notify supervisor of discrepancies.
10. Accurately assemble the sub components and perform visual inspection.
11. Prepare and operate a high temperature oven.
12. Follow written English work instructions that describe the process and the required measurements.
13. Possess strong blueprint interpretation skills.
14. Familiarity with using measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, height gages, Keyonce gauges and software.
15. Verify settings by regularly measuring parts before and after changes are made.
16. Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to supervisors and co-workers on other shifts.
17. Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
18. Wear PPE where appropriate and embrace the ASML 5S requirements.
19. Wear clean room attire daily.
20. SAP operation and knowledge, along with writing disturbance and material notifications as needed is a must.
