What you will do in your working day
Undertaking administration tasks including the following:
* Administrative Support - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and managing emails
* Document Management - Help prepare, organise and maintain business documents and records. Ensure documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
* Scheduling and Coordination - Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Help coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
* Project Assistance - Contribute to various projects by conducting research, compiling information, and providing administrative support
* Office Management - Help maintain office supplies, equipment and ensure the work place is organised and efficient
The training you will be getting
* The apprentice will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard
* Delivered virtually with no formal college attendance
