About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive and deliver multi-cloud Salesforce projects across diverse industries. In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
As a key client-facing expert, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making, gathering business requirements, and designing scalable Salesforce solutions. With strong technical expertise, you will also build solutions using configuration, ensuring they align with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead full-cycle Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless delivery.
* Client Engagement & Consulting: Conduct discovery and design workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
* Multi-Cloud Expertise: Deliver projects across Sales, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL), with FSL expertise being essential.
* Solution Design & Build: Architect, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs.
* Agile Methodology: Work in Agile environments, utilizing Jira and other project management tools.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APEX, VisualForce, ANT, and Eclipse (nice to have).
* Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
* Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to practice development.
* Training & Adoption: Conduct end-user training and ensure smooth transition post-implementation.
What You Bring
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) (FSL expertise is a must).
* Experience delivering multi-cloud Salesforce projects in a consulting environment.
* Proven ability to translate business objectives into Salesforce solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
* Salesforce Certifications (advantageous).
* Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios.
* Experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, and solution presentations with Salesforce and clients.
