Office Administrator

You will be working for a law firm in central Bristol.
Your new role
You have the opportunity to utilise your administrative skills to adapt to the legal industry, your duties are as follows:
* Ad hoc administrative responsibilities around the office.
* Physical administrative tasks such as binding, filing, and scanning.
* Digital administration using MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
* Helping organise inboxes to prioritise urgent correspondence and communicate this with the relevant contact.
* To be on-site acting as the office anchor.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous office administration experience.
* The ability to organise yourself.
* Confidence in handling your own work flow.
* Excellent communication, experience with fee earners is preferred.
* Legal experience is not required, but coming from a law firm or similar environment will help.
