Business Manager/Chief Financial Officer NJC Leadership Spine 49-53 (£59,259 - £64,004) Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, permanent and full time. The Governing Body is seeking to appoint someone of high calibre who is ambitious, energetic, self- motivated and skilled professional to this key Senior Leadership Team post.
The successful candidate will have experience of successfully managing finance, HR and support functions, ideally within a school or education setting. The successful candidate will be required to provide effective leadership of all support functions including:
Financial Management
Business Management
Human Resources, including Employment Law
Administration
Cleaning and Catering Services
Contract management and tendering
Premises, compliance and estate management
Oversight of the home to school student coach transport service
Online Safety (cyber-security)
Accessing new income streams, fund raising
Marketing
The Business Manager is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and needs to possess excellent leadership, management and inter-personal skills. The post offers excellent professional development for the successful candidate.
