About the role Working within our Group Central Services team, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical administrative support to our Business Development, Compliance, and Claims Teams. This is a varied position where you will be responsible for reviewing work provider contracts, extracting key data, and updating internal systems with salient points. You will also monitor service level performance using internal and external systems, administer non-repair records, ensure compliance with work provider agreements, and act as the system administrator for our Autoflow Bodyshop Management System and internal intranet applications. Key areas of responsibility Review work provider contracts and extract key data to update internal records. Monitor service level performance through internal and external computer systems. Support the central claims team by checking and updating non-repair records. Ensure compliance with work provider contracts and escalate any discrepancies. Act as a systems administrator for the Autoflow Bodyshop Management System and internal intranet applications. Generate reports and maintain accurate compliance records for internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative support to the Business Development, Compliance, and Claims Teams. What we look for Previous EA or business administration experience, ideally within a regulated or compliance-driven environment. Proven experience in reading and interpreting legal documents. Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 (with advanced Excel skills). Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Previous experience of using workflow management system, will be advantageous About you You’ll have a minimum of 3-5 years of business-related administration experience and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
