Main duties of the job As a valuedHealth Visitor, you will: Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, assessing health needs and implementing care packages. Use tools like the Family Health Needs Assessment to plan and evidence care. Create individualized care plans alongside families, tailoring them to each childs needs. Work closely with other professionals, taking on a lead role when appropriate. Support new staff and students, with guidance from our dedicated Practice Education team.
