Role Overview: As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team supporting educational and residential colleagues. You will provide therapeutic living and learning environments, offer individualised interventions, and engage with our young people based on clinical assessment and formulation. Your role will involve working collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, ensuring therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care, and support we offer. Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist: You will provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams. You will support teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments. You will engage and deliver therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs. You will be a confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.
