Flooring Superstore is our main brand selling a wide range of floor types, whilst Direct Wood Flooring and Grass Direct are more specialist brands focused on smooth flooring and artificial grass respectively.

Due to growth, we are looking for an Order Processing Administrator to join our head office team based in Bishop Auckland.
The Job Role:
* Completing order amendments, maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure no order errors are made
* Monitoring of order amendment requests through various streams
* Monitoring and updating warehouse stock pick system
* Liaising with depots with customer and route changes
* Booking in courier orders with courier service providers and checking they are maintaining service levels and costs are accurate
* Liaising with other departments whilst ensuring consistency of communication throughout all areas and levels
* Liaising with suppliers for order amendments and cancellations
* Any other related duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
The Person:
* Experience of working in diverse and multicultural teams
* Experience of working within a fast paced high volume environment
* Experience of order processing beneficial
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Logical and analytical approach to data analysis and problem solving
* Experience of working in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office preferable but not essential

Hours:
You’d be required to work 37.5 hours a week spread over 5 days Monday - Friday
