IT Support Engineer - Permanent - London - £40,000 per annum

I have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for an IT Support Engineer to work for our leading real estate firm on a permanent basis.
Please not this role is ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK
* Providing 2nd line support including, monitoring, troubleshooting
* Provide the day to day support of the IT Technical support team
* Responsible for end to end ownership and resolution of all IT support incidents and requests managed by the technical support analyst team.
* Working closely with service desk, application support and the infrastructure teams.
* Involved in desktop and laptop build process.
* Supporting the audio visual services across meeting rooms.
* End to end ownership and accurate ticket logging of all incidents and service requests, where necessary
* Work according to ITIL processes and procedures.
* Office 365 – advanced level
* Microsoft Active Directory administration
* Exchange/O365 administration
* Advanced knowledge of ADSL and WiFi technologies
* Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android devices & Microsoft InTune MDM
* Knowledge of building PC's and troubleshooting support issues
* Knowledge of audio visual equipment and solutions including Logitech hardware
* Knowledge of networking concepts
* Citrix 7.x
* Windows 10/11 Desktop, SCCM
