The post holder will and work closely with the Chief Nurse and Portfolio leadership teams including the Pathway Managers, Clinical Directors and service teams.
This post is pivotal in providing professional and operational leadership to the nursing teams. To ensure that the highest standards of practice are maintained and that safe effective person centered care is delivered to the highest standards and to give assurance to the Chief Nurse and organisation.
The applicant will require being educated to MSc level or equivalent with substantial post registration experience in a clinical/managerial setting and evidence of change management.
