Senior Marketing Coordinator - Sport Full-time (Hybrid Working) South-West London Purpose of the role: Join our dynamic Brand Marketing team, where you'll play a key role in shaping and elevating the company’s brand presence. As a brand ambassador, you’ll help bring our vision to life by ensuring every marketing initiative drives commercial success and resonates with our core values. Your main focus will be launching and driving the marketing for Crew Sport, establishing this new category as a standout in the competitive sportswear market. You'll deliver impactful marketing strategies for Crew Sport while also collaborating with the main Crew brand. If you're passionate about creative storytelling, sports marketing, and driving results, this is an opportunity to make a real impact Responsibilities: PR: Working with the PR Agency, plan and execute standout press and influencer events to launch and promote the Crew Sport category, driving significant media attention and audience buzz. Collaborate across teams to create memorable activations that resonate with the athletic and lifestyle target audience. Identify opportunities for "big moment" campaigns tied to sporting events, partnerships, and product launches, enhancing the emotional connection between Crew Sport and its audience. Monitor media coverage, influencer content, and social media mentions related to Crew Sport. Generate detailed reports to measure PR effectiveness, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI on Crew Sport-focused PR activities. Campaign Management: Support the implementation of seasonal, customer-focused marketing plans to deliver Crew Sport product stories and brand narratives through integrated campaigns. Oversee the production and coordination of all marketing campaign assets for Crew Sport, ensuring consistency with the overall Crew brand while tailoring messaging for the sport audience. Write creative briefs, coordinate with external suppliers, proof creative assets, and manage campaign schedules. Act as a brand guardian for Crew Sport, ensuring all marketing communications, from events to social media, align with Crew’s voice and values. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing including but not limited to: Emails Social media campaigns Website and e-commerce promotions Paid media campaigns Track and analyse sales performance and customer acquisition for Crew Sport licensed ranges, identifying opportunities for amplification and growth within partner databases. Plan and execute competitions and activations aimed at driving customer engagement and new sales. Event Delivery and Ambassadorship: Assist with the planning and execution of Crew Sport community events, from grassroots activations to larger sporting engagements. Manage product requirements and promotional activities for Crew Sport ambassadors, influencers, and celebrities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Work with the Sponsorship Project Manager to identify and activate opportunities for Crew Sport partnerships at relevant events. Support retail marketing efforts to deliver Crew Sport-focused in-store events that connect with customers and drive sales. Support the delivery of Crew’s Summer of Sport pop-up events across our partnerships with the Lawn Tennis Association and Henley Royal Regatta. Reporting & General Admin: Compile and circulate weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports for Crew Sport sponsorship ranges, tracking performance metrics and customer acquisition trends. Proof all marketing collateral for accuracy, including checking product codes, pricing, copy, and imagery. Manage invoicing for Crew Sport marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Assist with internal communications to keep the wider business informed about Crew Sport marketing activities and successes. Essential Skills 3-5 years in a similar marketing role, ideally sports fashion Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral Excellent organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise workload Good attention to detail Commercial awareness Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and within a team Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary Ability to effectively manage a number of projects simultaneously A strong interest in marketing and PR Good numerical and IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint A can-do attitude and positive approach Be flexible to work weekends for events Desirable: Marketing degree and an Interest in Fashion & Sports
