You will attend key meetings, gather critical information, and ensure smooth product launches by managing material procurement and tracking ingredient information. Your work will be vital in protecting service levels, reducing waste, and supporting the success of our customer launches. Key Responsibilities (up to 5 bullet points): Represent the Planning function in all NPD/EPD/Feasibility and Planning Sign-Off meetings. Compile reports and provide feedback to the Planning team in weekly/fortnightly meetings. Maintain and update essential tracking tools Place ingredient orders for pre-production trials and first orders for new launch ingredients. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Process, Product Development, and Procurement.
