Employment based on 3 days per week (hybrid way of working).
Sales Dealer Management Systems & Client Relationship Management Consulting services within a dynamic team. Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision – ability to “take a project and run with it” is key.
Services required include:
* Complete end-to-end project management with solid DMS & CRM management experience & organisational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas.
* Process implementation & efficiency with a customer-centric focus. Support the management and completion of JIRA tasks, including project communication and administration.
* Monitoring of data whilst liaising with 3rd party vendors & retailer network to resolve data issues. Strategic & digital marketing tactics is a plus.
* Proficiency in frictionless retailing, with ability to collect information required for CRM systems set-up & support systems roll-out. Strategic & digital marketing tactics a plus.
* Flair for people, stakeholder management & interpersonal relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align, prioritise tasks and projects effectively and escalate when relevant.
Professional experience
* Keyloop DMS implementation experience (ideally with sales/drive)
* 6+ years of experience desired in B2B focus

* Valid driving license required
£450 per day - length of contract (medium to long term depending on performance)
