What you will do:
1. Build email templates according to campaign requirements working closely with campaign and customer communications managers to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
2. Work closely with data teams and with complex data structures and segmentation to deliver targeted and triggered campaigns.
3. Keep on top of moving projects, multiple and competing priorities ensuring scheduling and prioritisation is in line with business objectives.
4. Liaise and maintain relationship with third-party software vendors to resolve external issues.
5. Communicate known issues with the appropriate business stakeholders.
6. Work with business analyst and testing teams to identify defects and change requests.
7. Pro-active monitoring of the CRM system to identify issues.
8. Build and deliver reports based on communications metrics, always looking to improve performance.
9. Be an advocate for email best practices, efficiencies in template building, design and testing.
10. You will organise your own busy workload across long and short-term projects but have the ability to react quickly if required.
11. Any other duties as required that reasonably fall within the job.

What you will need:
1. Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders.
2. You probably have worked in one of the following roles or similar before: Email campaign manager, Email delivery executive, HTML Email Developer.
3. Excellent project management and time management skills, highly organised and self-starter.
4. Highly collaborative and ability to facilitate productive working relationships across various stakeholder groups.
5. Solution orientated with a drive to improve process and delivery of emails.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Team player who can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage constant change, continuous improvement and thrive under pressure.
9. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is a bonus.
10. Issue/Project tracking including platforms such as Jira.
11. Understanding of Dynamics 365 data model.
12. Knowledge of DocuSign, desirable but not essential.
13. Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
