If you're ready to be part of something extraordinary, to inspire young minds, and to make a real difference, join Explore Learning today.
The Role
Our learning centres provide a nurturing environment where each tutor will support up to six children at a time between the ages of 4-16, to learn and grow using our smart learning tool, Compass. As a professional tutor, your primary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, and supporting the development and progression of these young minds, helping them to dream bigger.

* Inspire – As a tutor, you will inspire all children to become fearless learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication will encourage them to embrace learning with confidence and curiosity.
* Nurture - Building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do. You’ll create a learning environment where each child feels safe and valued, with member well-being and safeguarding at the forefront of all your interactions.

Our experts in education work behind the scenes to provide a meticulously designed, structured curriculum, and a wealth of educational resources tailored to meet the needs of students.
Be part of our community : You’ll work closely alongside a team of passionate educators with a shared goal of making a real difference. The sense of camaraderie and teamwork among tutors and centre staff creates a supportive and rewarding atmosphere, making it a joy to come to work every day.
