Job summary As a Clinical Governance Support Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Primary Care Quality team, providing essential support in complaints handling, incident investigation, RFI/DSAR requests/admin, clinical audit administration, and patient satisfaction. You'll also contribute to the development of key policies and procedures that guide our operations. To lead the development, implementation and maintain systems of communication and data management for the PC Group, including record keeping and reporting to provide effective assurance and evidence of compliance. Support senior managers with action planning, alerting them to imminent compliance deadlines and collating of evidence as required. Input complaints, compliments and incidents onto the Ulysses database, keeping an accurate record of any agreed actions, notes, telephone contacts, progress with the case and the outcomes.
