Role
Joint Operations Ltd is looking for an experienced administrator to work alongside our Senior Management Team and our Quality & Regulatory Department. The Office Administrator will provide outstanding administrative support and will become an integral part of the Joint Operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administration Responsibilities
* Provide a high-quality experience for anyone visiting the office, including organising travel and accommodation, setting up meeting rooms and arranging lunches.
* Meeting scheduling, calendar management and the provision of general administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
* Minuting meetings, primarily for the Directors and Senior Management Team, and following up agreed actions.
* Expenses processing for the Directors.
* Undertake adhoc project research and report creation.
* Undertake adhoc proof-reading tasks.
* Take overall responsibility for the purchasing of office supplies, including refreshments.
QA / RA Administration Responsibilities
* Working alongside the Allograft Release Supervisor and wider Quality team to manage and process allograft checking and allograft release processes.
* Liaise with the Allograft Release Supervisor and Allograft Advisors over queries regarding allograft release documents.
* Organise and monitor the shared Quality mailbox, highlighting and distributing emails to the relevant person and following up action points.
* Undertake adhoc projects within the Quality Department including scanning, filing and archiving documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 3 years of proven administration experience, ideally working alongside members of a Senior Management Team and/or in a Quality or Regulatory department.
* Previous Quality and Regulatory-specific administration experience preferred.
* A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite and the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly.
* Experience with Sage preferred.
* Experience in handling sensitive and confidential data and files, and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and act with discretion.
* Ability to work well and methodically under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A pro-active, flexible and helpful demeanour to all stakeholders within the business, and outside of it.
* A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* A friendly, approachable and empathetic personality with effective interpersonal skills.
* An effective verbal and written communicator.
* A team player who is willing to take responsibility for and immerse themselves in a wide range of tasks. Someone who will get involved and is willing to go the extra mile in order to get a task done to the best possible standard.
