Job description
Reporting into The Pastoral Care Manager, an evening and weekend Pastoral Care Assistant is required to join the team. The hours of work are 16-20 per week.
Closely working with other staff at the International College (IC) and The King’s School’s Health Centre, the successful candidate will provide pastoral and medical care to boarders in Years 9 to 11, in terms of physical and mental health. They will work with other teams to cater for boarders’ domestic needs and oversee general housekeeping.
The postholder will ideally have experience of working with young people and have a well-organised and caring approach, with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. The postholder is expected to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and be able to learn how to use the School’s database systems efficiently.
