We are looking for experienced Distribution Manager to join Castell part of Sentric Safety Group. The Distribution Manager will oversee the management of current distributors and partners, while also identifying and onboarding new ones. They will ensure the efficient delivery of our Trap Key Interlock and Loading Bay Safety solutions. This role will involve aligning Salvo and TKI partnerships across the UK, France, and the broader EMEA region. They will also be responsible for coordinating technical and sales training for partners, facilitating accreditations, and maintaining minimum training standards. Key Responsibilities: Network Management: Oversee and manage our distribution network throughout Europe, ensuring effective coverage and support. Distributor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners to enhance our market presence. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing distributors and partners, offering support and promptly addressing any issues that arise. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze distributor performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary to drive success. Training: Manage technical and sales training programs to ensure distributors and partners have a comprehensive understanding of our products, leading to potential accreditation. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new distribution opportunities and emerging trends within the market. Compliance: Ensure all distribution activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance distribution efficiency and effectiveness. Qualification requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably within the industrial safety solutions sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge: Familiarity with European distribution networks (especially UK/France) and regulations.
