What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Strategy
* Lead and mentor the Engineering Management Team.
* Design team structures for growth and efficiency.
* Improve engineering practices, security, and incident management.
* Drive technical excellence through best practices (CI/CD, testing, code quality).
* Align technical strategies with business priorities.
* Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
People & Culture
* Build a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture.
* Develop career pathways for engineers and leaders.
* Encourage creativity, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration & Impact
* Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams for high-impact solutions.
* Identify and address technological and organisational needs.
* Represent Engineering at the executive level.
What We’re Looking For

* Technical background with distributed architectures experience.
* Experience in regulated industries (HealthTech is a bonus).

* Knowledge of healthcare software and industry regulations.
