We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: From £60,350 with an executive car allowance and bonus (depending on skills and experience) What you'll be doing: You will be accountable for the budget, performance and overall results of the team You will have the responsibility of ensuring that essential procedures are followed based on own knowledge of Project Management and you will formulate policies and procedures within your own area You will adapt and develop your own project plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges Exercise your full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions Help to shape the key strategic deliverables and new insertion of new technology into future global nuclear submarines Provide direct leadership to your own team and be responsible for training members of the team, monitoring their quality of work and contributing to pay decisions Your skills and experiences: Essential: You will be an experienced professional with an extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices) and have good, strong experiences of managing and being involved in large, complex projects Have extensive, demonstrated line management and leadership experience Be able to resolve project-related problems that do not have routine solutions, but the norm is to follow established procedures Have a good understanding of the Business environment for your own project and team Be recognised as a Project Management practitioner You will need to have demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Ocean Interfaces Team The Ocean Interfaces team is a delivery team within SSNA, it raises to the global challenges and delivers design solutions for deployable assets on the future attack nuclear submarine.
