Job Summary
This role will focus on driving customer engagement, upselling, improving retention rates, and increasing revenue through targeted growth campaigns. This person will play a key role in shaping the customer lifecycle journey, developing data-driven strategies to increase customer lifetime value, and ensuring a seamless experience across all customer-facing touchpoints and channels. This role will report directly to the Product Marketing Lead.
This role also leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with 4 days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customer retention campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) to improve customer activation, retention, and engagement.
* Design and implement upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
* Create and manage customer segmentation to personalise communication and improve conversion rates.
* Build and optimise customer growth loops (e.g., referrals, loyalty programs, product engagement).
* Monitor customer behaviour and performance to identify and address engagement gaps.
* Align with the Growth and Product Marketing teams to create consistent customer messaging.
* Test and refine customer touchpoints based on data and customer feedback.
* Develop customer lifecycle reporting and dashboards to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in customer retention, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV optimisation.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and conversion-focused messaging.
* Proven track record of running successful upsell and retention campaigns.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment is a plus.
