Salary: £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
• Manage outbound customer communications related to scaffolding installations for solar projects
• Provide end-to-end customer service by taking full ownership of customer queries
• Coordinate scaffolding bookings and confirmations efficiently
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as the role evolves with our growing business
• Work closely with the solar installation team to ensure smooth customer experiences
