Hales Group are recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator to support our client in Lowestoft. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service to their customers while providing crucial administrative support.
Service Desk Coordinator duties will include:
1. Be the first point of contact for customers; building excellent working relationships ensuring that issues are always dealt with promptly and efficiently.
2. Operate and maintain the CRM System, ensuring that correct information is up-to-date and accurate.
3. Processing incoming sales orders and sales return orders.
4. Troubleshooting incoming calls, providing simple fixes and when necessary logging engineer visits.
5. Logging engineer visits and coordinating their schedules as needed.
6. Documenting end user locations for equipment or services.
7. Ensuring you are following up with their service calls and installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Scanning and accurately linking unit detail paperwork to the computer system for records management.
9. Liaising with relevant team to arrange equipment movements between sites.
To be considered for this Service Desk Coordinator role, you must:
1. Be proficient at task prioritisation, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
2. Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
3. Have a good telephone manner and communicate effectively with customers.
4. Have experience of computer order entry and CRM Systems (Microsoft Navision / Salesforce ideally).
5. Be able to work effectively as part of a team or independently, as the situation demands.
6. Have experience working in a fast-paced office setting.

DURATION: Permanent
PAY: £28k to £30k
HOURS: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
