What you’ll be doing
1. Integrated Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Studio and Content team to translate creative briefs from all areas of the business, into compelling visual concepts. Deliver persuasive and on-brand graphics for ensuring a unified voice across all customer touchpoints, from concept to completion.
2. Cross-Media Design Production: Execute a wide range of design projects across all digital and print mediums ensuring cohesive brand messaging and visual identity – including but not limited to, digital display to retail point-of-sale materials, internal comms video filming and editing to direct mailers and press ads.
3. Imagery Curation: Source and select optimal imagery to represent the brand, product, and destinations, enhancing the visual storytelling of each campaign.
4. Brand Voice Mastery: Deliver all activity in the Kuoni tone of voice, style guide, and unique selling propositions to ensure consistency across all designs.
5. Local Retail Marketing Support: Support our retail colleagues with local marketing initiatives, including setting brand templates and signing off artwork submitted through the graphic design platform, Canva.
6. Quality Control: Establish quality standards and processes to ensure all written materials are compelling, accurate, and effective in engaging the target audience.
7. Proactive Team Support: Help and contribute to the Creative Service team's efforts, embodying a can-do attitude and a commitment to collective success.
8. Creative Briefing Process: Assist team members in crafting clear, detailed briefs, emphasising the inclusion of all essential information to minimise last-minute requests, maintaining a focus on achieving creative excellence.
9. Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay up to date with content marketing trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant.
10. Project Leadership: Work under tight deadlines to deliver exceptional designs that drive brand awareness and drive conversions.
11. Project Management Excellence: Efficiently manage design timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
You will have
Essential
12. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
13. Proven experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva
14. Experience with digital design and understanding of web and social media platform requirements.
15. Experience in paid media creation, such as ads for Meta
16. Familiarity with creating visuals according to brand guidelines and technical requirements

17. Experience using After-effects or equivalent
18. Experience in social content creation and understanding of social trends
