As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 basis, including Autism, ADHD, and ASD. Assisting children with challenging behaviour across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Collaborating with the Class Teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans. Delivering support in line with the National Curriculum and Early Years Framework (EYFS). Providing pastoral care and promoting inclusion within the Primary School environment. Encouraging progress and fostering confidence in children with additional needs. Required Skills and Experience: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare. Previous experience working in a UK Primary School setting. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience supporting EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, ASD, and challenging behaviour. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
