HR Advisor - Employee Relations (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) A well-established law firm is seeking a HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong employee relations expertise, looking to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert Employee Relations support, ensuring best practices across the business. Key responsibilities include: Managing a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues. Providing coaching and guidance to managers on ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Supporting organisational change activities such as TUPE, reorganisation, and redundancy. Analysing ER data to identify trends and working with managers to proactively address potential issues. Delivering training and upskilling managers on ER-related topics. Supporting HR Business Partners in implementing people strategies with a strong ER focus. About You The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of employment law and extensive experience handling complex ER cases. Proven experience advising and coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. Previous involvement in organisational change (TUPE, redundancy, M&A). The ability to interpret and analyse ER data to drive business decisions.
