So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
* Hold a minimum of a current level 2 CIMSPA or exercise to music teaching qualification.
* Les Mills BODYPUMP instructor qualification.
* Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
* Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class.
* Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate.
* Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities, recognizing that Every-BODY is different and unique.
* Good time keeping, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional.
* Creative in keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements of fun and energy.
