The KS1 Teacher Role: You’ll take full responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals and have access to specialist support staff to assist with SEN and interventions. Key duties as a KS1 Class Teacher include: • Planning and delivering the KS1 curriculum. • Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. • Assessing and tracking pupil progress. • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues. KS1 Teacher Requirements: • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). • Recent UK classroom experience in KS1. • A nurturing, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching. • Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
