A professional, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Leeds are looking for an experienced and dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to contribute to some of the UK's largest and most prestigious retail and commercial projects, working closely with blue-chip clients across the country.
As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cost management services across various high-profile projects, including cost planning, procurement, bills of quantities, feasibility studies, contract administration, cost reporting and acting as an Employers' Agent.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive and collaborative team, providing expert advice and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role offers excellent career development opportunities and exposure to complex, high-value projects.
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will demonstrate:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (BSc or MSc preferred)
Experience across the retail & commercial sectors is beneficial
UK consultancy experience
A solid understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)What's on offer?
