This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales professional to join our passionate and knowledgeable sales team as a Regional Manager. This exciting role will see you delivering the Infrastructure sales strategy for creating value with network owners such as Highways England, Internet Service Providers, Local Authorities and developing business with major distributors. This role will cover the Wales and South West region.
You will be part of the Saint-Gobain PAM team, which is the UK arm of Saint-Gobain PAM of international pipelines company, which employs around 9000 people and generates annual sales of £1.2 billion in over 120 countries.
What will I be doing in the role?
In the role as Regional Manager you will:
1. Drive sales revenue and margin within your region.
2. Use your sales expertise to identify key contacts, needs of customers and to create plans to get customers on board.
3. Focus on major network owners and major infrastructure related projects through direct relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Understand and communicate opportunities for sales and margin growth arising from local area investment plans such as Local Government spend and Local Authority funding initiatives.
5. Work closely with colleagues and internal sales and marketing teams.
