Who you are
1. Qualified Health, Safety / Environment practitioner holding a NEBOSH / British safety council Diploma (or equivalent). Ideally Chartered or working towards becoming Chartered.
2. Experience in Health, Safety and Environment activities ideally within a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment.
3. Experienced in change management, project management, and new product introduction.
4. Confident presenter/trainer with the ability to adapt to a varying audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain compliance and drive continuous EHS improvement through management of EHS programs, systems, and arrangements, including setting up, completing, and supporting EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
2. Drive initiatives and develop and deliver training; lead and support accident, near miss, and safety concern reporting.
3. Assist with technical, regulatory/third-party interfaces to support permitting, compliance, and adherence to regulatory programs and Cytiva corporate policies.
4. Lead and support projects, new product introduction, changes, and initiatives. Analyze and maintain EHS records, metrics, and systems, and report performance.
5. Support operations and site functions to effectively manage EHS conditions and arrangements, provide EHS advice and guidance. Support and drive environmental and sustainability initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive EHS culture.
