What's the Role?
We are looking for a Full-Time Outbound Contact Specialist. You will be responsible for calling out to our customers, whenever that's required. That could be if their payment failed, to explain their product options to them or to work as part of an ongoing customer contact campaign. You also will help our customer service team during busy periods to handle customer queries, helping them understand our product and the processes around it from beginning to end.
You will help us deliver a positive experience for our customers, enabling tenants to move in with less stress and at a lower upfront cost, while also helping agents and landlords with our platform to ensure a smooth process for all our customers.

Requirements
So what are we looking for? We think you'll be a brilliant Outbound Contact Specialist if you:
* Love to talk to people, even when you're resolving a difficult situation.

* Can write and talk persuasively.
* Like working in a dynamic environment where you can get stuck into new things.
* Enjoy working with a team and helping to build something special.
* Have experience working with CRMs (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Drive products.
* Have high attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information.
Ideally, you will have:
* Experience working in a targets-driven environment.
* Experience in outbound calling and customer service.

Salary & Bonus
We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work of our team members. For this role, the On Target Earnings are £26,050.
This is made up of a base salary of £21,250 per annum plus a performance-based bonus scheme. This bonus is designed to acknowledge contributions and to encourage continued excellence within your role. We believe in creating a motivating environment where your efforts are not only recognised but also rewarded.
