Job Summary
This role can be based out of our Maidstone or Lincoln Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to help transform how we use data and insight across the business. As a Junior Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decisions through cutting-edge Power BI solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain impactful dashboards and reports while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions.
* Gather and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
* Design and deliver Power BI training.
* Create and maintain solution design documentation.
* Ensure the accuracy and quality of data deliverables.
* Use data modelling and analysis techniques to support optimisation initiatives.
* Collaborate on cross-functional projects to discover insights and guide decision-making.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

Experience and Skills Required
Experience:
* Proven experience developing Power BI analytics solutions.
* Background in data analysis, ideally within a sales environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira.
* Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
* Strong understanding of data modelling concepts.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes (advantageous).
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
