Key Responsibilities
* Menu Development: Design and implement innovative, seasonal, and diverse menus that reflect our brand and appeal to a wide clientele.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Food Quality Control: Maintain impeccable standards of preparation, presentation, and flavour consistency across all dishes.
* Budget Management: Monitor food costs, portion control, and inventory to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
* Supplier Relations: Build and sustain relationships with suppliers to source the best quality ingredients at competitive prices.
* Customer Satisfaction: Engage with customers when needed to gather feedback and ensure a consistently memorable dining experience.
