Our client, a large franchised main dealership in Swindon, has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead their Aftersales team.
Service Manager / Aftersales Manager Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
2. Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time
3. Departmental profitability
4. Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
5. Controlling expenses
6. Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
7. Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
8. Installing and maintaining processes
9. Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ Service Manager / Aftersales Manager experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
* Franchised Dealership Experience
* Kerridge Experience

Basic Salary of £40,000
On Target Earnings of £52,000 (uncapped)
