You will be working with each of our schools’ Caretaker or Site Manager, along with Administrators or their Business Manager.The OpportunityWe are looking for an effective and highly organised Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to help to ensure that our schools provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors.If you join us, this role will see you assisting in the management of compliance in our Estates functions and wider work on Health and Safety, managing a variety of projects across our schools and building strong, supportive relationships with all colleagues across the Trust.About YouYou have a precise eye for detail and will have developed excellent verbal and written communication skills through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us a flair for analytical thinking and the ability to work independently, making informed decisions.
